For our Headquarters in Berlin, we are currently looking to recruit a: Specialist IS, Infrastructure Operations Service Enablement (m/f) The Specialist IS, Infrastructure Operations Service Enablement is creating and developing a standardized approach to transfer project deliverables into the operational environment smoothly. The Specialist IS, Infrastructure Operations Service Enablement is accountable for the results of the related processes and drives the stake holders such as external IS vendors and internal teams by creating and managing SLAs and KPIs. Key Accountabilities Develop the operations readiness framework and ensure the implementation in the project management framework Drive the continuous improvements of operations readiness and challenge process partners fulfill the requirements Actively managing major incidents to minimize the impact on our company including escalation and notification management. Reviewing critical incidents and driving countermeasure to reduce incidents and incident impact Ensure the proper execution of operations readiness within the projects Ensure a proper reporting to create transparency about the results and status of processes and actions Qualifications Knowledge & experience Strong knowledge of IS processes Work effort very intensive Awareness of Business critical deliverables High solution planning and control capability Management of parallel activities Skills Ability to adapt easily to changes / flexibility Proven strong organization and strong planning skills Excellent priority management skills Proven good people management Managing changes in PM community. Works through difficult relationships. Uses knowledge of whos who to get things done. Communication capabilities with all levels of IS Management and Business management Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization & create and maintain business relationships Ability to manage a large scope of work and a large team Leadership, negotiation & relationship skills gained in managing large projects Excellent risk management skills Ability to speak and write business level English Ability and readiness to travel ITIL Foundation Certification a Plus Project certification is a benefit Education required: bachelor in Technical Field Number of years of experience required: 6+ Technical skills/knowledge (if required): IS Generalist knowledge Solid experience in implementing ITIL framework into a USD 20BN+ organization Data centre operations a distinct advantage Profund project experience / skills required
