We are looking for a Method Specialist for our Västerås facility Your Role As a method specialist for our Service division you will support projects in the start-up phase. You will discuss, analyze and solve problems and failures together with other departments to ensure stable and optimized production. Another important task of your job is to prevent repetition of problems and failures in projects and to optimize the manufacturing process. Systematically you will work with Operations scheduling, production preparation and monitor and track corrective measures and actions. Qualifications Your Experience and Qualifications · Technician in manufacturing processes or equivalent experience · Fluent in English · Product and manufacturing knowledge · Knowledge in CAD design · You are used to up to date IT tools such as Baan, SAP, MS Office, PDM and Maintenance planning for example Maximo · Experience in methods such as in time and motion calculation for manufacturing process in industry · Experience from Lean Production and experience of trains will be considered an asset
