For our Headquarters in Berlin, we are currently looking to recruit a:

Director, IS External Partner Negotiations and Contract Governance (m/f)

Summary
The Director IS External Partner Governance is responsible for all contract negotiations and relationship matters related to external IS partners. The key focus of this role is to lead the commercial relationship with partners and to ensure that all required services are defined and contracted. He/she will work close with the IS operations and project teams (Infrastructure, Application and others) leading resolution of commercials escalations in case of service deficiency.

Key Accountabilities
Lead contract definitions and negotiations with external partners - especially CSC - following BT sourcing and negotiation processes.
Develop and implement negotiation principles in a competitive environment and ensure internal sourcing governance. Prepare and run monthly IS Sourcing Board
Govern relationship with partners focusing on commercials/financials. Be the official point of contact for commercial escalation and lead resolutions in coordination with operation teams. Govern monthly financial forecast process. Prepare and run MOR/QORs in coordination with operation teams. Ensure that all parties are aligned.
Develop team

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should offer the following:
Task oriented
5-10 years experience in IS/IT positions.
Experience in negotiation of complex IT contracts and dealing with external suppliers. Very good negotiation skills.
Commercial and financial experience.
Contract and basic legal knowledge.
Good understanding of the IS outsourcing business principles.
Good communication skills with people from different organizations and countries.
General
Team oriented personality with leadership skills, persuasive, persevering and with diplomatic skills
Customer and results oriented
Very good analytical and coordination skills
Ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment
Fluent English and German (spoken and written)
Experience in an industrial business environment
