Job Details: Contracts Manager, France

JOB description:

The Contracts Manager is responsible for the preparation and/or management of a global, multidisciplinary and multi-million Design and Build contract.

The CM will be reporting to the Engineering Department Manager and to one or more Project Directors for major international Railway projects (Rail, Metro, Tramways, etc).

MAIN DUTIES:

§ contractual aspects:

o the development and negotiation of contracts
o the general management of the Contract,
o management of delays and contractual interactions,
o risk analysis,
o the preparation of administrative acts: service orders, receiving documents, ...

§ technical aspects:

o compliance with performance specifications.
o interface management, quality of implementation.

 The CM will benefit from the support of expat engineers and work supervisors.
