Job Description
Description Your mission: Reporting to the Signalling Solution Tenders Director and being a member of Bid management team, your mission is to build winning and profitable offers in Signalling business. You closely work together with the commercial managers who ensure that the commercial strategy of Alstom is respected in each offer. You analyse the Clients needs and mobilise competences from Alstom multidisciplinary teams (technical, finance, legal, etc) to offer the best solution. You manage in a convincing manner potential gaps between the Clients specification and the proposed solution. You are a part of the negociation team. This is a highly visible and strategic position on an international level directly impacting the development of our Signalling business. Qualifications Your profile: Education background: MSc in engineering required to be conversant with products specifications. Experience: at least 3 years in costing or project management. Personal features: excellent communication, ability to build good working relations in a multicultural environment. Fluency in French is a must. This position requires strong business acument and personal involvement and frequent travels worldwide.
